Goal-Peer Partners will work to develop strong relationships with students, provide them with academic, social, and emotional support and be an advocate for them in the school setting.  

Who:At risk students both virtual and in-person as determined by grade level counselors with feedback from teachers.

What:  Peer Partners are teacher mentors assigned to at-risk students.  The liaisons will work with students to develop positive relationships while assisting students with academic and SEL needs. Virtual Liaisons will create a bridge of understanding between students and his/her teachers.

When:  Monday-Friday at the teacher’s choice.

Where:  Virtual  Google Meet and in-person when applicable.  

Why:  To support students by creating authentic relationships that best support them.

Counseling Services

The CMS Counseling Team will run group sessions in multiple areas to assist students in navigating the school year.  

Groups Include:

  • Social Skills

  • Organizational

  • New Student
